By downloading and using the Golexo application, you agree to these terms of use. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the application.

2. Description of Service

Golexo is a mobile vocabulary learning application in 6 languages (French, English, Arabic, Spanish, German, Turkish). The app offers various training modes: quizzes, flashcards, speaking, writing, matching and timed challenges.

Access to certain Golexo features requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions are managed by Apple's App Store under the following terms:

The application's content (vocabulary words, phonetics, examples, audio files) is the property of Golexo. You may use this content for personal learning purposes. Any reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of the content is prohibited.

You may create custom content (word lists, collections). When you share a collection, you agree that this content will be accessible to anyone with the sharing link. You remain responsible for the content you create and share.

We strive to keep the application available at all times. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service, particularly for features requiring an internet connection (downloadable themes, sharing, audio).

Golexo is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the application will be free of errors or bugs. Under no circumstances shall the publisher be held liable for direct or indirect damages related to the use of the application.

The Golexo application, its design, source code, content, and brand are protected by intellectual property law. Any total or partial reproduction is prohibited without prior authorization.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via the application or by notification. Continued use of the application after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
